Telemarketing Specialist for Elements Business Development

About The Job:
Telemarketing Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating more potential clients. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients through profiling.
Responsible for talking to potential clients to provide information about product’s features and present their benefits.
Answering potential clients’ questions and conducting follow-up calls.
Persuade clients by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
Evaluating Leads through lead qualifications process & score.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications.
Manage data for prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged with accurate information, and documents are attached to CRM System, as well as reporting and follow-up activities that meet the organization’s requirements.

OPERATION:
Fixed days off (Saturday-Sunday)
Fixed shift from 4pm to 1am Egy
(US shift based).
