Job Description
Collect feedback and customer opinion.
Reply to customers’ messages, concerns, and comments.
Collect purchase orders from customers
Verify customer data via personal communication.
Arrange with a warehouse the shipments schedule to the clients according to order time and date.
Follow up with clients to ensure that parcel is received.

Job Requirements
Good communication skills verbal & written
Stress tolerance.
Positive personality
High level of commitment to due dates

Bachelor’s Degree

Salary:
3000 To 4000 EGP Per Month, Monthly Incentive
