What will you do in this role
As a Content Moderator on the Delivery Team at Concentrix, you will:

Be an essential component of our clients safety effort.
Ensure content on social media pages are appropriate and safe

Who You Are:
As a Content Moderator your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction.

You also have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Grade 12 or GED equivalent
Deep familiarity with internet technology, streaming, internet slang/colloquialisms and internet culture
Mentally and emotionally able to handle offensive or disturbing behavior, language, and content
Ability to monitor several information flows simultaneously
