CEO Personal Assistant for The LaLa Land

Responsible for all kinds of communications and day to day Tasks with the CEO reports to The CEO/Founder directly.
We are seeking a resourceful CEO Assistant to provide A well rounded support to the CEO in all Daily tasks ( personalized, secretarial, Travel & administrative support) in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to The LaLa Land Events & Founder’s working life and communication.

You will mainly Manage & assists with tasks related but is not limited to :
Negotiating & Closing Deals with Founder regarding other business & Expansions.
Organizing events and business conferences as needed.
Includes Organization & Bookings of all events with suppliers, negotiations , closing Deals (Hotels, Logistics, Other business.. etc) & this is in coordination with CEO)
Contact of potential Business Partners & Seals Deals .
Prepares presentations when needed.
Organizes all tasks, Meetings & Full Schedule for CEO
Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence (Takes all calls/ Replies to all emails on behalf of CEO.)

Scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing and organizing diaries, following up with Businesses, maintaining the events calendar, and sharing reminders before events.
Handling requests and queries appropriately.
Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems.
Managing the founder’s travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries
Ensuring the founder has the right brief for their meetings, presentations, or press conferences.
Taking notes, writing MOM (minutes of meeting) as well as copying, scanning, emailing important documents.
Conducting research on topics needed for business.
Organizes & takes care of all details (Logistics & Full itinerary is going as planned ) during our events/Retreats/Festivals.

Work Conditions:
Working Hrs is 8 hrs shift from Sunday to Thursday (Work from Home yet Monitored)
Our Work from Home model requires you to be in Cairo/Alex for Meetings & Some in office work.
Probation Period 3 Months (No Vacation) Unless emergency.
Holidays are 28 Days/Annually – Based on Approval & Work Condition. (Needs to be informed 3 Weeks Prior to intended Holiday Time)
Salary & Bonus are paid on 5th of Each Month
Duration of this agreement is 12 months with automatic renewal unless otherwise notified by any party with no renewal intention.
Notice Period for both parties are between 6-8 Weeks unless both parties agree to different arrangements & during this period it included handing over-all work-related info to New Hire.
