Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone.
Provide knowledgeable answers to the customers’ inquiries.
Find appropriate solutions to questions and problems received.
Be in communication with partners at destination.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Perform the necessary & right action on systems and tools in order to fulfill the customer request properly.
Collect and analyze customer feedback

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
Skills:
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customer.
Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
Familiarity with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
