Job Description
Fast growing and exciting Professional Services firm based in Dubai is looking for a graduate / entry level HR associate to join their fast growing and exciting team.
Basic HR admin and data entry
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Managing Calendar and Deadlines
Assist Manager with Organizing emails and diary
Use initiative to find ways to improve operations and processes
Documentation of finance policies and procedures
Follow-up customers and suppliers
Prepare Payment runs
Adhoc work as required
Reporting to HR Manager
Previous experience of working from home

Job Requirements
Must be a holder of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Commerce / Finance
Must be based in Egypt
Passion for client services and 1-2 years of working experience
Fluent in English and Arabic (written/spoken) and strong communication skills
Self-starter, takes the initiative, has drive and enthusiasm
Own laptop, strong internet connection, smart online appearance
