Customer Service Specialist Position:
Customer Service Specialist
Location: [Riyadh]Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to our clients.
The Customer Service Specialist will communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:-
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner- Provide product information, pricing details, and service support to customers- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed

Qualifications:-
