Job Title: Arabic Speaking Calling Agent
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Arabic calling agent to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers, making outbound and handling inbound calls, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for demo classes provided by our EdTech platform. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding leads through the enrollment process, offering assistance, and maintaining accurate documentation of their journey with us.

Shift details – 8-9 hours shift + Saturday and Sunday working (6days)
Shift timings – 04:00 PM to 12 AM (IST)
Experience- Fresher candidates with exceptional communication skills in Arabic & English.
Notice Period- Immediate joiner
CTC – 15000/-per month
Location – WFH
Interview type – 1 audio video virtual interview rounds

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound and inbound calls:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads, providing information about BrightChamps EdTech Platform’s demo classes.
  • Handle inbound calls from individuals interested in our demo classes, addressing queries, and providing relevant details.
  1. Lead Engagement:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
  • Guide leads through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  1. Demo Class Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate demo classes for interested leads, aligning with their preferences and availability.
  1. Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress through our CRM system.
  • Document feedback and any special requirements expressed by leads during the onboarding process.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and feedback from lead interactions to improve our processes.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
