Customer Service Representative with Arabic
PL22/WAW/AM/CSDE
Currently, for our client, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of English and Arabic for the position of Customer Service Representative.
Project informations:
Location: Warsaw
Type of work: hybrid 2 days per week in office
Working hours: Mon-Fr (start 8-9)
Languages: English (B2) Arabic (B2)
Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Level: Specialist
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls, requests
Create quotations
Advice Customers regarding order status, products etc.
Answering questions
Preparing documentation
Entering orders into system
Support pricing process
Coordination of the ordering and delivery processes
Efficient resolution of customer issues and inquiries
Qualifications:
Very good knowledge of English (Arabic nice to have)
Experience in Customer Service
Experience in exporting goods
SAP or other ERP experience
Knowledge of Excel
Analytical skills
