1 – الوظيفة الاولي : Junior Accountant محاسب
Vacancy for: Finance Department
Ref Code: VIII3
Job Description:
The Junior Accountant is responsible for the processing, recording, updating and reconciling fiscal information in compliance with established policies.
• Handle accounts payable & vendor’s inquiries
• Perform variety of accounting tasks including budget controlling & reimbursement process, daily banking activities, transactions
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Process ledger and booking entries according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, and revise standards and practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cost and budgeting principles.
• Demonstrated high degree of analytical ability.
• Ability to use personal computer with Word, Excel, and computerized accounting software. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting software is preferred.
• Ability to independently plan, organizes, and coordinates work to meet deadlines and accommodate changing priorities.
• Ability to design, analyze, and prepares financial reports.
• Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and support business interests through the exercise of sound judgment and discretion.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees’ management and the general public, including those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Qualification:
• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting/finance; preferably in Accounts Payable
• V. Good Knowledge of accounting standards and principles is a must.
• V. Good command English and Arabic is a must; any other language is a plus.
2 – الوظيفة الثانية : محلل مالي Financial System Analyst (Junior)
Job Description:
• Participate in Budget preparations, Budget control
• Applying GUC policies and procedures and Cost analysis.
• Preparation of regular and special budget reports.
• Summarize budgets and submit it for the approval.
• Help in comparing actual to budgeted results.
• Maintain budget records by making copies; filing documents.
Skills Required:
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with persons at all levels in the organization.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills and experience using spreadsheet, charting, and other software tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to use software tools to present data clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of and/or experience using database query tools, such as Business Objects and Microsoft Access.
Qualifications:
• BSc in commerce or equivalent
• 0 to 2 years experience
3 – الوظيفة الثالثة : محاسب ميزانية Budget Officer (Junior)
• Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries.
• Monitor application systems for which responsible by regular scrutiny of reports from the applications software. Note problems and identify performance trends. Where approved, take corrective action to improve performance and to avoid problems arising.
• Liaise with software suppliers on the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems or further fulfill user requirements.
• To assist users of the software applications by providing expert knowledge of the software used.
• To install software upgrades and ensure that the GUC systems are maintained and fit for purpose.
• To analyze reported issues, diagnose their cause and implement a solution
Skills:
