About the job
Role Purpose
To build a lean and effective organization through maintaining optimum operational performance of cost and structural metrics, ensuring strategic fit of the business operating model and sourcing model.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
Design and evaluate roles/organizations, interfaces through developing organization reviews to build effective and efficient organisations.
Deliver headcount and employment cost budget, and closely govern monthly headcount and attrition.
Deliver yearly organization health check exercise.
Conduct regular organizational metrics reviews and recommend changes to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Ensure global headcount policy alignment and advise local implementation.
