Director Of Facilities

About the job

Raising the level of service provided to patients by promoting non-medical services provided to patients.
Leads the heads of departments (engineering and maintenance, occupational safety and health, security, hospitality, administrative affairs and F&B).
Supervise the licensing of hospital departments.
Approving the work of administrative affairs in the Nutrition Department and following up on the work of the upcoming nutrition inspection committees.
Develop the annual budget proposal for the renewal and replacement of administrative fixed assets.
Follow up on internal and external faults and ensure the efficiency of general maintenance activities.
Compare administrative overheads and depreciation on an annual basis to develop a plan for improvement.
Supervise the follow-up of the medical and non-medical waste system and their disposal outside the hospital.
Follow infection control, occupational safety, health, quality, and hospital policies.
