HR Administration & Payroll Specialist

In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for
Payroll Management
Responsible for on time and accurate execution of payroll in partnership with external vendors
Responsible for the compiling, maintenance of employee and dependent personal and payroll record in the payroll system
Input and validate data such as new joiners, leavers, compensation changes, deductions, one-off payments etc…on a monthly basis in the payroll system in time to execute the monthly payroll
Ensure accurate booking of cost in the books of accounts in partnership with vendors
Update changes in employee status, cost center changes, pay, etc directly in the payroll system on an ongoing basis
Prepare/review final settlements of all separated employees
Perform regular checks on any changes in payroll system
Review/prepare monthly HR master reports to ensure data compatibility with company HRIS
Liaise with external vendors to ensure taxes/other contributions are calculated and submitted in time for payroll
Liaise with external providers as and when required
Other Payroll Activities
Work with external vendors in the annual benefits renewal exercise (air tickets and medical insurance) including liaising with internal and external stakeholders in the cost analysis, budget preparation, presentation and final approval from Management.
Partner with Finance, HRM and Line Managers in the preparation of annual and quarterly budgeting exercise based on time lines.
Reporting
Production and compilation of on time monthly reports for external and internal stakeholders including Finance, HR Managers, HR Business Partner etc in cooperation with the vendors.
HR Administration
Provide administrative support including production of employment contracts, letters and certificates based on request as per standard SLA’s
File employee-related documentation; maintain employee files and records
Respond to external/internal requests for information within scope
Acts as the HR Agent for the market to ensure queries raised by employee via the HR Portal are answered and transactional activities are processed in a timely, professional and efficient manner
Policies & Procedures
Provide inputs and implement payroll policies and standard operating procedures
Manage and record document flow
Approve, reject, re-submit or escalate transactions based on policies and guidelines
Continuous Improvement
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of payroll systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Graduate with bachelor’s degree
5 years payroll & data processing experience preferably with a Multinational organization
Multi country payroll experience
Good knowledge of payroll/taxation regulation and law
Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies
Experience in HR Administration
Experience with Case Management tools and HR IT systems (preferably Workday)
Microsoft Excel and other office applications (Word, PowerPoint) – Expert Level
