The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Science is seeking to hire a English call center to join our team!
Responsibilities
welcome customers professionally and responding to their inquiries.
Researching required information using available resources.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Providing customers with the academy’s service .
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in English section .
0-1 years of experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word )
Excellent in English
Multitasking
Location: Mohndseen-Giza – Egypt
