Assistant Public Relations Manager for Turning Point for Consultancies and Development

Job Description
Introduction:
This job is challenging and needs high competitiveness to meet our clients’ expectations.
The company is a consulting firm providing several solutions to support business including feasibility studies, operational excellence . Accordingly, staff members should be motivated, dedicated and fully knowledgeable about the company’s services.
The staff member will be appointed as a part-time job, based on the company needs.

Job Duties:
APRM will assume two major duties
The Management will provide the candidate with the case to finalize after defining the client needs.

Sales, Clients Relationship & Managing consultants jobs Duties:
APRM will lead the client relations, sales closing and follow up
APRM will lead the relation with the consultancies of the company to finalize the clients’ jobs.

Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree

Salary:
7000 To 10000 EGP Per Month, 2.5% Commission From Company’s Profitability On Each Closed Deal (Upon Fees Collection)

المهام الأساسية لمسؤول العلاقات العامة
مسؤول العلاقات العامة هو المتحدث باسم المؤسسة وعلى دراية وتوجهاتها ومن أهم مهامه :
الاهتمام بالسياسة الإعلامية في الشركة وتنظيمها.
تطوير نظام الاتصال مع الجهات المختلفة داخل وخارج الشركة .
تحديد الوسائل الهامة والمختلفة للاتصال.
الرقابة على أدوات التواصل مثل كتيب الشركة والنشرات والملفات الصحفية ،وحتى صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي .
تنظيم فعاليات الشركة .
إدارة التواصل على الانترنت .
متابعة مصادر المعلومات في مختلف وسائل الإعلام.
