Ticketing Agent for Tazkrti

About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airline Reservation and Ticketing Agents to join our team. will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in booking reservations and issuing air tickets through Galileo (GDS) Global Distribution System.

Work in rotational shifts and 2 days off.

Responsibilities:
Process reservations, issue, Reissue and Refund tickets using GDS Galileo.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers over the phone, email and WhatsApp.
Ensure accuracy of information provided to customers and ensure compliance with airline rules and industry procedures

Communicate effectively with customers and other team members to resolve issues and answer inquiries
Handle and manage customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
Keep up to date with industry developments and changes in policies and procedures related to airline reservations and ticketing

Salaries will be determined in the interview, and starts at 8K EGP ‘Net’ or more even during the probation period, depends on experience.
another salary review will be after probation depends on performance.
