Work conditions:
Working from site
Location: 5th settlement, New Cairo
Transportation: Provided after 7 pm door to door for females and shuttle buses every 30 mins from two different pick up points in 5th settlement
Working hours: 9 working hours

Job Requirements
Good to very good English level
Excellent communication skills in (written and verbal)
No experience needed (Fresh grads are welcome to Apply)
Grads and Gap year students only

English Customer Service Associate

Job Description

Job Requirements
What qualifications do we need from you
Minimum age: 18 years old
Have the right to work in Egypt
Minimum qualification of a high school degree – Passed
Strong communication skills in [English] (both written and oral fluency)
Experience working with a computer
The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
