Customer Service at arab african international bank
Delivers exceptional retail business performance and attracts potential customers through excellent customer servicing, service cash, query resolution, operational standards, lead generation, and transactional processing in a branch.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, accounting, finance, or any related discipline
Good knowledge of the banking industry and products
0 – 2 years experience performing teller/customer service representative responsibilities or similar capacity.
Skills:
Very good command of English & Arabic Language
Good solution oriented & client focused.
Knowledge of all banks related products & services
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
